Ebaby!’s Chinese Food Explorations 2: Insect Edition
You can pretty much take anything and deep fry it in hot oil and it will taste good. Bugs are the last thing you want in your house, so why would you want them in your belly? Well, Captain Jeff says that deep fried centipede is the bomb, or the best thing ever.
Then Jason, John and Jeff all grub on some scorpion. Would you ever eat a scorpion? Here’s a tip. If you give it a shot, be prepared to chew for a very long time.

I was here before …
I was here before and i ate the baby fried scorpions with their stingers.. I asked the person about the poison but he said it was alright to eat with it… but after that my tongue went itchy…, It tasted like fried chicken skin… very nice… and the Starfish was very nice, It has little roes inside which just taste like fish eggs… the skin wasnt yummy at all… Btw i tried sea urchin too… Wasn’t the nicest seafood in the world..

street food is supposed to be part of food culture, but when most of the food shown in this video are made for foreign tourists, and 99% of Chinese households never never eat those foods, can it be called “Chinese food”. i may agree if you call it Chinese food for foreigners, but definitely not Chinese food for Chinese.
