I have never eaten …
I have never eaten a fishs head before. Fins, spine, small scales – no problem for me. But a head? I do not think that eating a fishs head is disgusting, but isn’t that a little hard to bite on? Or is it tender after frying?

It may be fresh, but it doesn’t actually look to good. I don’t know how they maintain the integrity of the flavor by frying everything together. And I’m always worried about the quality of the oil.

There’s meat in the head. You don’t actually eat the head like biting into it. But there’s parts of tender meat, like the cheekbone, eyes, etc.
