Ebaby!’s Chinese Food Explorations 2: Insect Edition
You can pretty much take anything and deep fry it in hot oil and it will taste good. Bugs are the last thing you want in your house, so why would you want them in your belly? Well, Captain Jeff says that deep fried centipede is the bomb, or the best thing ever.
Then Jason, John and Jeff all grub on some scorpion. Would you ever eat a scorpion? Here’s a tip. If you give it a shot, be prepared to chew for a very long time.

One of the best things about traveling is all the different foods you get to try. There is Chinese food in the US, but it’s not nearly as good as the food in China! Plus there are lots of things you can’t get in the US.
Americans know all about snacks, or eating between meals, but they’re more likely to snack on a chicken leg, or drum stick, than, say, the chicken’s gizzard! And it is relatively hard to find herbal jelly in the US too. Watch Captain Jeff try these out and more in our first food video, and stay tuned for insects in the next one!
